The Last of Us Pt II

I took the time to compile some screenshots from cutscenes I’ve worked on from The Last of Us: Part II.

In the cinematic lighting department, we focus on showing the characters in their best light (pun intended) as we enhance their features and bring them to life with real-time lights.

I like being able to focus on character lighting at Naughty Dog. Though I match the level lighting for seamless transitions in and out of gameplay, I enhance the character lighting with spotlights and post-processing effects, thinking about each shot in the same way one thinks on a film set.
